Over the past year we've engaged substantially in "covid conversations." We continually avail to the latest data (an ever-shifting landscape to be sure). It can be adequately summed: Covid constitutes a legitimate health concern meriting appropriate regard.
Appropriate is a big word. It basically means we must regard covid based upon its empirically-substantiated risk/harm ratio, and in the much broader context of all that it means to be healthy: emotional, psychological, relational, economic, educational. Essentially, the conclusions held by thousands of doctors throughout the world in the Great Barrington Declaration (GO). We are concerned by a cancel culture dominated by fear.
It's time we address that most consequential aspect that has been almost completely neglected: The underlying spiritual battle behind "mass-querading."
