DEAR MR. PRESIDENT TRUMP:
What a week! What a term! So, having journeyed with you through much of it, I'm taking a moment this morning to communicate sentiments I know are shared by most of our friends, and millions of Americans.
In spite of your flaws (Which of us don't have them? But none of ours are so constantly magnified, exaggerated and twisted on a world stage!), you are not only showing America how to win again, you're demonstrating a beating heart of authentic humanity again.
Those under the maligning spell of fairytale narratives need only consider one incontrovertible answer to the only relevant question: Which demographic is not much further ahead today as a direct result of your leadership?
We do genuinely love and pray for those fellow Americans among us who, somehow, remain blinded to the Left's regard for them-- as little more than marionettes (if explicit admissions by Hollywood and media elites aren't enough!). May they all note their purported leaders only stand and applaud when it ingratiates their egos. Their truest doctrine and mission was punctuated by their leader ripping up the story of American's triumphs, hopes and dreams.
When all is said and done, history will tell the story of an imperfect, but appointed and anointed leader (a belief without which no one belongs in service!) with nothing to gain, everything to lose, entering a dark, swirling maelstrom. That seemed indomitable. With the audacity, and a good dose of hubris, to say, "No more!"
Your fight exposed the grotesque degree to which the hallowed corridors of our nation's sacred trust had been corrupted. Hindsight, truly, the eve of our last election was our nation's darkest hour. An unseen battle within. For the soul of America.
No one else under institutional subjugation could have undertaken this battle. You did.
Along with the opposing Party, mainstream media and influencers lined up against you. All sharing a solitary political objective of conviction in search of a crime. From day one, at America's expense, they sought to impeach the will of the American people. You stood strong. Yes, feisty and combative, but unwaveringly strong. And thanks be to God, you won. America won. Fairytale politics failed.
Your humanity proclaims a deeper message for each of us. That on this side of things, politics is not about perfection, but the greatest good possible. That without the mess we'd have no need for a Messiah. Accordingly, politics is about elections, not canonizations. And on the binary political landscape, for any reasonable person with eyes to see, events of the past week loudly proclaim: God has profoundly blessed our nation with you.
Above all, you are giving witness that we need not let our pasts define our futures.
Because of you (and as you humbly acknowledged at the prayer breakfast, God working through you) America is a better place. Americans are in a better place. Because of you the storms of institutionalized, unbridled relativism and elitist political entitlement are being quelled. Because of you objective truth in a "post-truth" world is recovering it's moorings.
So let me be one of the first to say, come end of your second term as President (you can count on our greatest efforts), in absence of others who exhibit such tremendous acumen, my voice may likely be found in a national chorus singing: "FOUR MORE YEARS!"
With heartfelt gratitude, respect, support, love and prayers...
WE STAND WITH YOU!
THANK YOU, MR. PRESIDENT!
